An update from the team at Karst
In relation to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Karst team remains operational. We will continue to ship our products to customers.
However, the challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are delays as our business adopts additional safety measures to protect our people and customers. Other factors contributing to delays include fewer domestic flights, international delays and increased volumes as more people start shopping online.
Please be advised that for international orders (any country outside our warehouse locations in the United States, Australia, and the Netherlands) there may be additional safety measures imposed in your country's borders. If your country is not accepting parcels from overseas, we advise you to wait for such measures to be lifted.
As we cannot control the regulations imposed by your local government, we will not be able to issue refunds in the event of an order made to a country with a closed border. We remain operational in the US, Australia, and the Netherlands.

Karst ships and delivers worldwide! We take shipping seriously and make sure it's always a priority. All orders within North and South America ship from our warehouse located in Los Angeles. If you're shipping outside this region, no worries! Please check out our EU site or our AU site, whatever is closer to your shipping location.
Our team aims to dispatch all orders within 2 business days from the date of purchase. If you'd like to make additions or changes to your order, please contact us immediately after ordering, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to make the change. If the order has already been packed or shipped, we will not be able to make additional changes.
Once your order is placed, please allow 2 business days to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information.

These timeframes are provided as a guide and can differ due to customs issues (particularly outside the US), special events and circumstances. We recommend using the tracking information when available to ensure your order is delivered successfully.
Customs, Taxes, and Duties
Karst is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. All taxes and duties differ between countries and states and therefore we are unable to provide estimated costs before delivery.
These charges are the full responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government. For further information, you will have to contact your local customs office. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to tax and customs duties.
Karst Hand Sanitiser
Karst’s Hand Sanitiser is a partnership with Rescue with the aim of keeping workers employed during the pandemic. Due to government regulations, Hand Sanitiser is only permitted to be sold within Australia. We are not able to provide hand sanitiser to customers in any other countries.
Due to safety precautions that are required to be taken to ensure the health and safety of Karst and Rescue’s workers, there may be a slight delay in receiving the tracking link for your order.

Please keep in mind that once your order has been dispatched, Karst is not responsible for any losses or damages.
It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact your local postal or courier service, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase.
We will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities. However, will not provide a replacement or refund in cases of change of mind or customer error. Refunds or replacements can only be issued for product manufacturing defect.
